The Center for Public Horticulture and BG-Map are pleased to offer two full-day training seminars for new and current BG-Map users. The first day of training will introduce new BG-Map users to basic garden mapping principles, technology needs, data collection, and creating maps of garden collections. Current users may also find Thursday's session helpful as a refresher course.
The second day of training will cover advanced features of BG-Map, including customizing maps and enabling BG-Map on websites. Intermediate to advanced users attending Friday's training may also suggest specific topics to cover in depth by emailing your interests to support@bg-map.com by March 1, 2012.
The Center will offer continuing education credits (CEUs) from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD).
